Why does my stool turn brown when I take TUMS?

Thanks all. It was a little darker today (not much but more on the tan/light brown side). I stopped taking Tums because I read that could change your stool color too. I haven’t been eating much at all as well, for fear of the pain, so maybe that could be a contributing factor. IDK…..I hate worrying so much.
