I got a referral to an ultrasound scan of the neck, however the doctor said he didn’t think the lump is a swollen lymph node as it doesn’t feel mobile and is hard, almost like bone. I kind of disagree though, as I am able to move it from side to side.

Two days later I saw my dentist for a routine checkup and he felt the lump said it’s a deep lymph node but definately mobile and just keep an eye on it for the next couple of months.
