It sounds like the same thing I’m having right now. Warm sensation on the left side of chest, maybe a little tightness, but certainly not painful. Dr. doesn’t know. EKG and enzymes good. Would appreciate info if you have any ideas. As strange as it may seem, anxiety attacks are commonly associated with this kind of sensation.
